Editor Note: Summer 2022 The Purification Issues
I am beyond moved and honored that the Formentos created another epic front and back cover for me and a journey of great story telling through their amazing Nostalgia series at the Dive motel and other locations throughout the country.
I’m truly honored to feature two rising stars from Central Saint Martins both of these young female designers are on the fast track to stardom and I’m delighted to support them in any way I can.
Everyone in this issue has been carefully selected their stories are woven with great care and love for their craft. I’m also very excited about the direction I’ve taken Faddy USA. It’s been a long road and well worth the sleepless nights and long hours curating and crafting something worth waiting for and a visual delight for the FADDY Magazine USA audience. I say FADDY USA because that is exactly who we are and not anyone or anything else.

I would like to take a moment to wish my beautiful mother farewell. Today my mother passed away from cancer. I am truly gutted over the loss of my mother. She was one of the most creative and gifted women I have ever known in my entire life. My mother was a master of all things. She was a designer, visionary, she was an iconic club owner in her day. She made every day of her life count. A couple of weeks ago my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Her life was turned upside down. God only knows why this happens to our angels on earth. She is in heaven now. If you ever knew my mom she was a firecracker and one of the greatest and most gorgeous women of her time. Generous to the core and loyal. There are documentaries about my mom and dad because of their famed club The Cafe Au Go Go look up 7 years Underground and you will get to know my beautiful mom. I am so sad and I can’t find any more words to say to all of you tonight because I’m still in shock over this. All I want to say is that everything that is creative about me came directly from my mother. I looked up to her and adored her with every ounce of my heart and soul.
Mom rest in paradise. I know you are with god and in peace. Thank you for bringing me into this realm and giving me all the gifts that I possess. Thank you for showing me how to create. There will not be a day that passes where I will not feel the gratitude of the privilege of being your daughter.
I love you more than anyone will ever know.

Manifesting big and dreaming big is the only way to go……I’d like to take a moment from my usual posts because this is something worth celebrating. When an artist succeeds we all celebrate.
Because it’s Sunday and I’d love to announce that my Fiancé and the love of my life @robertsantoreart will be joining the @firetti.contemporary and @mara_firetti in Dubai. When good news happens to our creative community it’s time to celebrate. Robert has been burning the midnight oil and working nonstop. I am so proud of this beautiful moment in his life and what is about to unfold.

I have been manifesting and dreaming of working with the iconic Erez Sabag for many years Erez is one of those people who is not only one of the most epic photographers in the world he also is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met and I can let my hair down with him and truly be my authentic self.
This is one of his greatest gifts amongst his beautiful humility and kindness and altruistic work that he does for raising money for breast cancer.
The fact that he created something spectacular for this issue in collaboration with the gorgeous Yeha Leung. @yehaleung
This was indeed an honor on all levels and a huge treat for me.
